Due to the current coronavirus outbreak worldwide there may be severe delays in the parcel delivery. As we ship worldwide we kindly ask you to consider this before placing an order. Due to the restrictions on air mail, local mail and custom dpt services it may take several weeks for your goods to be delivered. All parcels are shipped via Priority Tracked International Service which is not a guaranteed delivery service. Please contact us prior to placing an order with us if you would like to use a guaranteed delivery service or an insurance for your parcel. Additional fees apply.
Kindly note that shipping of parcels has now been limited to one day per week in order to follow the requirement of avoiding unnecessary contact. This also affects how soon your parcel may be shipped. All custom orders take two weeks POST the order placement to be completed. If your order is completed on Monday, it may then be scheduled to be shipped on Friday with all main shippings. Kindly consider these safety measures before placing your ordre as they may cause further delay.
The current shipping times worldwide take around 3 – 5 weeks. Please also monitor any custom email notifications should you need to provide any further information for your parcel to be processed through the custom facility. Delays in response cause further delays in the parcel final delivery.
We cannot be responsible for the external mail processing and the delays caused by the Covid19 pandemic situation worldwide. However, we carefully consider where a full refund should be issued due to the mistake of external mail service. Delays in parcel shipping involve complaint claims filed by ourselves on the behalf of the recipient where we try our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

All available handmade fashion pieces can be purchased in the ‘Apparel‘ section of the SHOP. Kindly note that there is a difference between ready-made originals and CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders are pre-paid custom made pieces and only made post order placement. The processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks (excl. weekends). During this time your ordered piece will be made according to the order specifics chosen, including any details shared in the information box at the checkout page, if relevant. Orders are shipped once the piece has been made via Tracked Priority International Shipping and you will receive a notification email containing the tracking information or your parcel for further reference. The delivery time estimate for worldwide destinations is 14 working days, however can be longer during festive times such as Christmas. Kindly consider this when placing your order.
IMPORTANT: Kindly note that we are unable to process refunds for custom made orders. All pieces are carefully described within the product description of each shop listing, kindly read these carefully before placing an order. Refunds will be considered on individual basis, considering whether your order has been processed in a standard way and all parts on our side have been met. These include the processing time, shipping or the product description. Kindly note that the custom pieces may differ slightly from the demonstration images shown in the shop.

You are agreeing to any custom fees which may apply to your purchase upon the parcel delivery by placing an order and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Custom fees are not part of the handmade product payment and the shipping. All orders are shipped via a local carrier using Priority Tracked International Shipping. This service is not a guaranteed delivery service. To use a guaranteed delivery service kindly contact us prior to placing your order. Art & Gift Products
Original paintings and textile wall tapestry hangings can be found in the ‘Art&Paintings‘ section of the SHOP. Handmade gift products are displayed for purchase in the ‘Gifts‘ section of the SHOP. All art originals and gift products will be carefully wrapped and marked as ‘FRAGILE’ before shipping. All art pieces are sent via Tracked Priority International Shipping and you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order once the parcel has been shipped.
Guaranteed delivery options and parcel shipping insurance may be available for your order, kindly contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options. All options vary depending on the final destination. Additional fees may apply to the standard shipping cost.
