FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What are the services you offer as a Pinterest Marketing Assistant, and what is your pricing?
Pinterest Marketing is very much about individual approach, each client’s Pinterest account is at different stage. If you need Pinterest Marketing services you are welcome to begin by filling this questionnaire which I prepared specifically for getting to know you, your brand, and your marketing expectations and needs. It gives me better insight into what I can actually do for you. When you submit your answers I follow up with an email after few days proposing the best suitable service.
More information is available directly on the Pinterest Marketing Services page.
2. What qualifications do you have to work as a Pinterest Marketing Assistant?
You may be surprised to learn that my degree is not in design or marketing, it is actually in general nursing. It may seem completely irrelevant to everything you see on this page, but I assure you that my nursing background is actually very useful in my current career. True, my knowledge of analgesia, ITU charting and sterile techniques in operating theatres don’t seem to help in marketing much, I agree. BUT!
As a nurse you learn some core principles which proved surprisingly useful in freelancing. One would be the ability to adapt and work in a competent manner both independently and in collaboration. Another extremely useful asset is the strict confidentiality policy – there is no sharing of any clients’ information with anyone. EVER. The next would be attention to detail, there is no such thing as giving ‘rougly’ that amount of medication ‘at about’ twelve. As a nurse you need to understand what you are doing, why, and then carry it out precisely. It is also vital to have the ability to listen to somebody elses needs and then do your best to help meet them – very relevant in freelancing and I am not even going into the long hour shifts to make this happen! Lastly, you continuously grow your knowledge and keep up to date with the best practices relevant to your work. So after all, nursing has proven to be a big part of my business foundation. Most skills can be learned, but approach comes from within.
I have also completed a number of Pinterest related courses. The one related to Pinterest Marketing Management as a freelance career was Become a Pinterest VA. I have been using Pinterest for my own creative online business for several years now and it made sense to take a course which would allow me to via Pinterest also as a freelancer. To deepen my knowledge of Pinterest itself I also invested in Pinterest Ninja course, Pinterest SEO Traffic Secrets course, Pinteresting Strategies and Getting Paid to Pin eBooks. My next planned Pinterest specific course is the Pinterest Traffic Avalanche by Create&Go Alex and Lauren.
On top of growing as a Pinterest Marketing Assistant via completing courses, I regularly read Best Practices News of Pinterest algorithm itself, available on the Pinterest Business page. There is also an extremely useful Tailwind Blog full of very useful information on Pinterest, general tips on growing your online business and efficient ways to drive traffic to your content.
