To make the smiley face, all you need is to wrap your present in a paper, draw the face and add a piece of twine to create a bow. Then wrap another present and use some scrap yarn to create a simple woven design. You can me it as wide and as colorful as you like! Another lovely way is drawing a moustache, cut a couple of small holes in it and use a piece of twine to attach it to a wrapped present.
To create a shirt design you only need two 1 1/2 x 6 inch (depending on the size of your present) straps of paper. Glue the first onto a wrapped present vertically and then glue the second to the top by the middle, turning the outer edges inwards and sticking them down onto the first piece. Use a black marker to draw the detailing, including a simple pocket!
Last design is a wine bottle gift wrap – take two pieces of scrap paper and stitch them together on a sewing machine creating a pocket. It should as wide and as big so that the wine bottle slips inside nicely. Then use a strap of old fabric and pull it through a simple paper piece, creating a tie! So simple!
